I'm a CrossFit/health-nut in my 30's and live in Amsterdam. At the end of 2011, I started blogging about my change to the Paleo diet. Yes, i'm one of those people.
Once I switched to paleo, my energy levels changed, no more low blood sugar or feeling hungry. I noticed my body composition changing. Also, I started "cooking" again, meaning trying new recipes, different foods and having fun while doing it.
In Jan/Feb of 2013, I completed a Whole30, a 30 day "program" where you eat very strict paleo and eat foods in their most purest form. This was quite the eye-opener, it really puts the spotlight on your relationship with food.
After realizing that food & nutrition really has my interest and passion, I am now also a certified nutritionist & weight loss consultant.
In February 2012, I joined Mobilis Crossfit and was hooked immediately. Currently training 5-6 days a week, and within a short period of time, I noticed my body & strength changing dramatically. It's awesome.
In April 2013, I passed for my L1 Crossfit Trainer Course.
